George Philips

Founder and President of Philips and Associates.  Primary areas of expertise include market research, statistical modeling, geographic information systems, and regulatory compliance.  Prior to founding Philips & Associates in 1991, George was Vice President of Market Research at Citicorp Mortgage.  In addition, he has served in research and planning capacities with various financial institutions and governmental agencies.  George has a graduate degree in Urban Affairs from Washington University in St. Louis.

Joined Philips and Associates in 1991 after working in the financial services industry for  20 years.  Wendy’s areas of expertise include computer programming, geographic information systems and data mining and the application of web based surveys and data collection systems.  Wendy also develops the framework and format to support our client reports.

David Dickey

David brings 15 years of experience in consumer demand studies, statistical modeling, market research and competitive evaluation.  He has worked in healthcare management and marketing with a number of educational and consulting organizations.  He has a graduate degree in Health Administration from St. Louis University.   David works with our clients to develop research methodology and to analyze and report research findings.
