Philips & Associates was founded in 1991 in St. Louis, MO.  We work with clients in both the public and private sector, regionally as well as nationally. 

 

Philips & Associates is certified as a MBE firm by the State of Missouri and also have a GSA contract (under MOBIS schedule 874-1 and 874-3) for working on federal government projects.
